Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time

Processing Time

• Standard Processing: Within 24 hours (Monday – Friday).
• Weekend Orders: Within 48 hours.
• Note: Products with custom engraving require an additional 3–5 business days.

Shipping Costs

• Free Shipping on orders over US$69.00.
• Standard Shipping (US, CA, AU, UK, EU): US$6.99 for orders under US$69.00.
• Rest of the World: US$8.99 for orders under US$69.00.

Shipping Destinations & Estimated Delivery Times

• United States: 7–12 business days.
• Canada / Australia / United Kingdom: 10–15 business days.
• Europe (DE, FR, IT, ES, NL, etc.): 10–15 business days.
• Other Countries: 10–15 business days.

Shipment Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your package on our Track Your Order page.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

We ship all orders using DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) terms. This means customers do not need to pay any additional customs, duties, or taxes upon delivery. All costs are covered by Dollhugger.
