Returns & Exchanges
At Dollhugger, customer satisfaction is our priority.
If your order arrives defective, damaged, or not as described, you may request a return, exchange, or refund within 30 days of delivery by contacting us at support@dollhugger.com

Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return, items must meet all of the following conditions:
- Unused, unwashed, and in original condition
- Returned in original packaging with original tags/labels attached
- Free from damage caused by misuse, wear, or improper handling
Items that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for return.
Return Shipping Costs
- If the return is due to customer preference/change of mind, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
- If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect due to our error, Dollhugger will cover the return shipping cost.
No restocking fees will be charged for approved returns.
30-Day Right to Return
Customers may request to return eligible items within 30 days of receipt, including for change-of-mind purchases where applicable.
To initiate a return, please contact support@dollhugger.com.
Once the returned item is received and inspected, the refund will be issued to the original payment method.
Shipping charges will be billed to the customer at most once per order/return process.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding the status of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 3 business days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund:
- Recheck your bank account
- Contact your credit card provider (processing delays may apply)
- Contact your bank
If you still have not received your refund after completing the above steps, please contact us at support@dollhugger.com.
Order Cancellation
Orders may be canceled before shipment.
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact support@dollhugger.com as soon as possible.
Shipping Damage Claims
While we take great care in packaging every order, damage may occasionally occur during transit.
If your package arrives damaged:
- Inspect the item immediately upon delivery
- Take clear photos/videos of the damaged item and packaging
- Contact support@dollhugger.com
within 30 days of delivery
Customized Products
Customized or personalized products (including lettering/custom engraving) are non-returnable and non-exchangeable, unless there is a manufacturing defect or quality issue.
